Photographer & DesignerLaura is a photographer and designer who shoots the textures, colors and small moments that make food and drink worth looking at twice. Her work has appeared in Eater, Esquire, Midwest Living and Simply Recipes. She develops, writes and photographs cookbooks, and she cares as much about the people behind the plate as the plate.
Dai Dai
We share an obsession with what’s on the plate: what we’re eating, how it got there and who’s at the table.
For years we chased those questions separately, Colin in his reporting and Laura behind the camera. Dai Dai is what happened when we started chasing them together. (It helps we live together.) It’s the same curiosity we bring to every producer, publication and brand we work with.
