Enzo’s Kitchen is the cookbook we made with Poggio La Noce, a winery in the hills above Florence. Laura’s photographs follow the textures and colors of seasonal Tuscan cooking. Colin’s writing tells the story behind each dish: why it matters, how it’s made and where it sits in Italian food tradition.
Poggio La Noce
The winery behind Enzo’s Kitchen, just outside Florence.

We are deeply grateful to Laura and Colin for encouraging us from the start to embark on this unique project.
One day during harvest, amidst the busy and hectic work, these two arrived during our team lunch and ended up tasting Enzo’s food while lingering over wine. When dessert—a pastiera napoletana—arrived, the spark was lit. […] We are thrilled with the result and so thankful to our tireless photographer and editor duo for bringing this project to life.
